NCLEX-RN Exam Information

The NCLEX-RN computer-based exam is divided into four different categories, each corresponding to different aspects of patient needs. These four categories are: Safe and Effective Care Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Psychological Integrity, and Physiological Integrity. Integrated throughout the entire exam are the fundamental nursing practices of clinical problem-solving, caring, communication/documentation, and teaching/learning.
